Coretek Enterprises, LLC is a privately held business incorporated in November of 2002 owned by three principles with 87 full time employees. The organization’s business model focuses on procuring retired and excess IT assets, re-furbishing those assets, and re-marketing them through a variety of sales channels. The company conducts both procurement and re-marketing in a variety of business verticals including; education, law, insurance, health, finance, pharmaceutical, and engineering industries.

In addition to IT assets we also make markets in networking and telephony equipment. Coretek provides procurement services throughout the North American market place which include: data security, environmental compliance, and residual value recovery. We exercise a sustainable green initiative within EPA compliance to all Federal/State laws through our R2 certification. As a Microsoft Registered Refurbisher, our business model also extends the life cycle of those assets from premature environmental recycling expressed through one of our of core mission statements emphasizing that “redeployment is the most efficient form of re-cycling”.

The company’s ownership group is comprised of; Owners Jason Smolenski, Neil Rodrigues and Joe Keats. All three individuals have conducted business within the IT asset refurbishment and re-marketing industry since the mid-1990s and together have over 70 years of experience in the many varied aspects of this business.

Coretek was originally based in New Jersey and in 2006 relocated its headquarters to Concord, North Carolina. Our facility is comprised of a 41,500 sq. ft. warehouse/office complex; additionally the company maintains sales offices in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and San Antonio, Texas.

Accordingly, Coretek recovers residual asset values far more effectively and efficiently than end-user asset owners can do either on their own or through a typical multi-tiered chain of equipment re-furbishers, brokers, resellers and service providers.
